Just contact us and notify us of the problem, within a reasonable time after you have inspected your goods. We consider 60 days a reasonable time frame to return an item. As a customer who would like to return any goods, the consumer must take reasonable care of the goods, not have damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used. Once the goods are returned to use, & we are satisfied in which the state they are returned, we will replace, or refund you.
